Ambachtelijke Frikandel

Ingredients:

200 gr chicken filets

100 gr porkchops

50 gr smoked bacon

5 gr onionpowder

5 gr nutmeg

5 gr allspice

5 gr garlic powder

1 gr ground white pepper

4 gr salt

handfull icecubes

Instructions:

Put the meat in the kitchen machine and cut until it becomes a ball.

Add the icecubes and cut until the icecubes are dissolved into the meatball.

Add the herbs and mix well.

Put the meat mixture in a icing bag and cut of the end (1cm).

Put a sheet of kitchen foil onto the worktop.

Squeeze the icing bag and lay a 18cm saucage on the kitchen foil.

Roll up the foil, twist the ends and tie them off.

Put the saucages in the freezer.

Take the saucages out of the freezer and cut them to length.

Boil them saucages in beef stock for 10 minutes.

Deepfry of freeze the frikandellen.<
